SKULLY // QUICK START
GETTING STARTED
Power it, connect locally, choose a look, and put the eyes to work.
START // 01
Power Skully
Connect USB-C power to Skully. A USB-C power adapter is not included.
CONNECT // 02
Connect Your Phone
Open Wi-Fi settings on your phone and join Skully’s setup network, V3-Eyes. Your phone may warn that this network has no Internet connection; stay connected while you complete setup.
BROWSER // 03
Open the WebUI
While connected to V3-Eyes, open a browser and go to http://192.168.4.1/.
The control panel is served directly by Skully. There is no BCW cloud account and no cloud service is required.
NETWORK // 04
Add Skully to Your Local Network
Open Network in the WebUI, choose your normal local Wi-Fi network, enter its password, and save the connection.
After Skully joins the network, reconnect your phone to that same network and open http://v3-eyes.local/. The setup network remains available if you need to connect directly again.
If desired, change the local address to something else like Skully.local. This will be the web address for your device while it is connected to your local network.
CONTROL // 05
Control Skully
Use Eye Library to select Lid, Background, and Iris packs. Quick Controls includes Radar tracking, Automatic blink, Sleep mode, Target pupil response, Blink now, and Center/Radar Off.
Eye & Blink Controls provides Blink style and timing, Pupil style, Eye rotation, Pupil radius, Iris render radius, and manual gaze.
To build new eye packs, open BCW Eye Factory, download a complete package, and install it through the local WebUI.

Quick Answers
Which address should I open?
While connected directly to V3-Eyes, use http://192.168.4.1/. After Skully joins the same local network as your phone or computer, use http://v3-eyes.local/.
Do I need a BCW account or cloud service?
No. Skully serves its controls locally. Your phone or computer only needs to be connected directly to Skully or to the same local network.
How do I install Eye Factory packages?
Download a complete package from Eye Factory, then install it through Skully’s local WebUI. Direct transfer from a hosted HTTPS page to a local HTTP device is browser-dependent, so package download and local installation remain the supported fallback.
