The BCW V3.1 Hobby Board is the same core eye-control concept behind Skully, opened up for your own project. Add a character, prop, enclosure, or whatever weird thing you’re building and give it animated eyes, radar tracking, local control, and Eye Factory support.
Two 1.28-inch round TFT displays and two 38 mm convex lens covers provide the visual core for a pair of animated eyes pre-loaded.
The included mmWave radar provides target-position input so a compatible prop or character can react to a person in front of it.
Configure and control the eye system from a local browser without a dedicated mobile app or required cloud service. Even connect to Home Assistant.
The included 1 GB MicroSD card is preloaded with Eye Factory assets and supports the broader BCW Eye Factory workflow.
Can be powered by a wide array of DC voltage from 6-36 Volts. Power Supply not included.
LOCAL CONTROL // ACTUAL INTERFACE
The actual V3 WebUI provides local eye-library, blink, pupil, rotation, radar, network, and device controls. It runs from the hardware and does not require a dedicated app or BCW cloud account.
BCW // EYE FACTORY
LIVEEye Factory authors Lid/Blink, Background, and Iris packs. The kit's MicroSD card includes ready-to-use Eye Factory assets, and the live tool can build a complete SD package for custom designs.
Direct hosted transfer remains browser-dependent; package download and local WebUI direct transfer or download and transfer via PC to the inlcuded microSD card.
